My gripe about a Hindu prayer in the Senate
Posted by Craig under Government
On Thursday July 12th, Rajan Zed, a Hindu chaplain from Reno, Nevada delivered the opening prayer in the US Senate. As I understand Hinduism, they worship not one God but many gods. “One Nation Under God” is our motto, not one nation under multiple gods. It is time to quit caving in to all the minority voices that seek to destroy mainstream America. A Hindu can led the opening prayer in the US Senate, but our local high school cannot start a football game with a prayer to the one God that our forefathers and mainstream Americans worship.
